It's been close to one year now since I bought my jeep xj from crs and I have loved it the buying process was easy straight forward and honest he even replaced a door hinge before I purchased it

This is the best dealership I've purchased a car through. They had so much information for me about the car that I was looking at, they were quick to get me information on the car that I was looking into trading in, and I couldn't believe how well they were taking care of me. They had some killer options for warranties, and they didn't just try to sell me the top of the line package. They listened to my needs and what I wanted, and they matched me with the best package for me. I would absolutely come here again and definitely will refer people to them for their next car.

August 2021 - This was our first experience buying from a dealership for both my husband and I. Josh helped us through the process and was kind, genuine, honest, and gracious. We could tell from the start we weren’t getting ripped off or taken advantage of. The vehicle was a fair price, and the paperwork portion was lightning fast- 5-10 minutes. The vehicle had been checked over and tuned up in their shop before they gave us the keys. We will recommend CRS to anyone we know! September 2021 - we had an issue within a few days of purchase, and the check engine light came on and Josh was so kind and had us bring it back and they did a few things to address it. Picked it up and continued to have the same issue, again brought it back, hope it can get solved quickly, grateful for the kindness and prompt attention to solving the issue. February 2022 - We have taken our van back for repair 6 times for the same engine issue now, hoping the end is in sight with this problem. It’s been in the shop for over three months of the last 7 months since we bought it. It completely died on me while driving on the interstate to work and had to be towed to a shop. Fingers crossed they can get to the bottom of this. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
